About

I am a professionally chartered engineer who teaches and develops the next generation of System safety engineers (part-time) for Nova Systems coupled with my passion for coaching and mentoring young professionals who want more out of their careers and lives.

So, after spending a large part of my career in the engineering domain, I am making a career pivot to my most passionate endeavour, helping other people thrive in complex environments as a professional Coach and Mentor, whilst still practicing as a chartered engineer.

I am able to do this as I have worked successfully over the last 27 years in the Aviation, Defence and Rail environments, as well as lecturing at University and mentoring part time since 2010.
