Work & Experience
Engaged in a project team travelled to a biotechnology company in Hangzhou Medical High-tech Zone to engage in IPO project, gaining familiarity with audit project process. Conducted sample reviews, examining vouchers from 2018 to 2020, and employed sampling methods to inspect a large volume of transactions and accounts to assure samples were representative. Verified bank statements to assure alignment between bank account balances and company records, compared transactions, reconciled balances, verified large checks, transfers, and other financial activities.
Responsible for collecting accurate information regarding artists' artworks, including artwork titles, selling prices, and materials. Used Excel spreadsheets to record archival information and establish a digital archive. Created artwork price labels to ensure consistency and readability. Auction Fee Management: Oversaw and ensured each artist adhered to requirement of paying a $20 participation fee for auction, resulting in a cumulative fundraising of $1,200 during auction event.
Led team of 40 students to assist the Chinese Consulate-General in Melbourne in a crucial mission to provide health packages to all Chinese international students at Monash University during pandemic. Responsible for collecting student information, conducting secure data registration to guarantee confidentiality and security. Managed more than 3000 students in obtaining necessary health packages, offering emergency support, and ensuring safety and well-being.
