Women in Insurance Award Nomination 2021
Been nominated for two categories of award “Rising Star” and “Pandemic perseverance”. Nomination words: Romina is one of the most dedicated, resilient and real women in know. She heads up the project activities in my department (a large one with hundreds of employees) and tirelessly organizes us all, ensures notes are taken in key meetings, drives action, facilitates collaboration anything we need. Romina is a single mother juggling this huge position with little support at home for a few years now. She is based in Argentina so lockdown has now been pretty constant for more than a year so she has no rest bite. On top of this she has suffered from Covid herself and as if this wasn't enough she performs her role seamlessly in both Spanish and English in both time zones. she is a real wonder woman and deserves the recognition of being considered for this. Charles Taylor Values Ambassador 2023
Hi Romina, I hope you are well. Congratulations! You have been nominated to be a Charles Taylor Values Ambassador, someone who demonstrates our new company values every day and leads by example when it comes to the behaviours we expect at Charles Taylor. As we ger ready for the launch of the new values later this month, we would love to include your story at Charles Taylor to inspire others to follow your lead in displaying our 5 new Values. What does a Values Ambassador do? The Charles Taylor Values Ambassadors will inspire others to live our new values through their story. This will be shared through our new employee values video and a live values launch event showcasing a panel of Ambassadors talking about their story and what our new company values mean to them. How were Values Ambassadors selected? Our new company values and our Ambassador criteria were shared with Business Leaders and the Heads of HR, based on this you were nominated as someone who role models these values and perhaps one value in particular. Sounds like an exciting opportunity, what happens next? We invite you to take part in a live panel discussion on 28th February at 4pm UTC (hosted on Teams) along with other global values ambassadors where we will ask you to share your story and what our new values mean to you. We will share all the panel questions with you up front and have a 1-1 briefing session with you to walk through our new values and make sure you are comfortable with everything. If you are happy to take part, please let Louise Boyle and I know as soon as possible. Congratulations again on your nomination, you are clearly making an amazing impact in your current role and will no doubt make a great impact in driving the new values and behaviours for colleagues across all Charles Taylor offices. Best wishes, Abbie Hildrew (she/her) (What is this?) Culture and Inclusion Advisor Charles Taylor
