I am an IT professional with a bachelor’s degree in Systems Informatics. I have been immersed in the field of IT since the age of 18. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with renowned global companies. I have completed various training and obtained certifications such as ITIL V3 and PM Roadmap courses.

Romina is one of the most dedicated, resilient and real women in know. She heads up the project activities in my department (a large one with hundreds of employees) and tirelessly organizes us all, ensures notes are taken in key meetings, drives action, facilitates collaboration anything we need. Romina is a single mother juggling this huge position with little support at home for a few years now. She is based in Argentina so lockdown has now been pretty constant for more than a year so she has no rest bite. On top of this she has suffered from Covid herself and as if this wasn't enough she performs her role seamlessly in both Spanish and English in both time zones. she is a real wonder woman and deserves the recognition of being considered for this.

What does a Values Ambassador do?
The Charles Taylor Values Ambassadors will inspire others to live our new values through their story. This will be shared through our new employee values video and a live values launch event showcasing a panel of Ambassadors talking about their story and what our new company values mean to them.
How were Values Ambassadors selected?
Our new company values and our Ambassador criteria were shared with Business Leaders and the Heads of HR, based on this you were nominated as someone who role models these values and perhaps one value in particular.
